About the position

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in RPA development, process automation or a closely related technical role.
  • Strong practical experience developing and supporting automations using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
  • Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, query optimisation and stored procedures.
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise SAP environments.
  • Practical experience identifying, designing or implementing AI-enabled automation use cases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, JSON and enterprise application integrations.
  • Understanding of exception handling, error recovery, data validation and automation governance.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Certifications
Candidates should hold at least one relevant certification, preferably:

  • Microsoft Power Automate certification or other relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification.
  • Automation Anywhere RPA certification.
  • UiPath RPA certification.
Candidates with multiple relevant certifications and demonstrable hands-on development experience will be advantageous.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience migrating automation solutions from platforms such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, enterprise data platforms and reporting environments.
  • Experience integrating SAP with databases, APIs and other business applications.
  • Exposure to Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI services, Copilot, generative AI or intelligent document processing.
  • Experience with source control, development and production environments, release management and deployment processes.
  • Experience supporting unattended automation, bot scheduling, monitoring and production operations.
