Job Function:
As a Post-Basic Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the effective functioning of the pharmacy, with an advanced scope of practice. Your role will involve dispensing medications, providing patient care, and supervising pharmacy assistants. You'll have the responsibility to prepare medications, provide patient counselling, manage inventory, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions. Additionally, you will work closely with pharmacists to ensure optimal patient safety and medication management, contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy team.

• Confirmation of Registration with the SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council) for Post-Basic Pharmacy Assistants
• Relevant Qualification Certificate (Post-Basic Level)
