About the position
A well-established and growing property management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong knowledge of community scheme management, sectional title and HOA environments, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

? Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
? Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) in good standing with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
? 3–5 years’ experience managing sectional title and/or HOA portfolios.
? Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance frameworks.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
? Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
? Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
