Job Description
Headcount & Portfolio Management
Administrating the Headcount planning related to the sourcing process
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and portfolio prioritization.
Drive the development and continuous enhancement of frameworks, tools, and dashboards to enable transparent and data-driven decision-making.
Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, budget, and delivery within the portfolio.
Lead cross-functional forums and workshops to ensure alignment on headcount demand, supply, and portfolio progress.
Champion process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy in headcount and portfolio tracking.
ZAHub Graduate Tech Academy
Own the strategic direction and operational management of the ZA ITHub Graduate Tech Academy, ensuring it delivers impactful development programs aligned with business needs.
Partner with senior stakeholders, business units, and external partners to design, enhance, and scale the graduate curriculum and development initiatives.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of graduate talent, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture.
Monitor and analyse program outcomes, graduate performance, and retention metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop graduates, providing career guidance and supporting their integration into the organization.
Represent the academy in relevant forums, advocating for talent development as a key driver of business success.

Essential Skills Requirements:
Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams) - advanced.
Business administration end-to-end (offers, resource planning, sourcing process etc).
Organisational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time.
Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High stress tolerance levels.
Flexibility to take up different tasks.
Ability and willingness to guide and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant experience
Experience managing or leading graduate or early talent programs is highly advantageous
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
