About the position
We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Point of Sale (POS) Menu Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Centurion. You will be responsible for managing menu loading and deployment across our stores. The role requires a blend of administrative precision, operational efficiency, and strong IT skills to ensure seamless menu updates and POS functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and update menus, recipes, and pricing on the POS system.
- Deploy menu changes across all stores efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in menu data and POS functionality.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align menu structures with store requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic POS system issues related to menu configurations.
- Maintain detailed records of menu updates and deployment schedules.
- Support training store staff on new menu items or POS updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with POS systems or similar software.
- A high level of discipline and attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly learn our menu, recipes, and structures to accurately translate them into the POS system.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or IT-related roles is required.
Compensation:
The proposed salary for this position is up to R15,000 per month, depending on experience.
