About the position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily deliveries and outstanding PODs.
- Follow up with drivers/riders and operational teams on missing or incomplete PODs.
- Ensure service quality
- Operational perfomance
- Stock Control and compliance
- Oversee multiple service locations
- Manage technicians
