About the position

DBN000077  – PLC Specialist - PMB

Purpose of the job:
To ensure the smooth, efficient & reliable operation of automated systems & machinery by installing, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting PLC systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
  • 3+ years post training experience - Essential
  • Must have experience working with: Controls / Computer programming (Refrigeration / HVAC-R, electrical panels)

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems


Behavioural Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
