About the position
A leading financial services company is looking for an experienced Platform Specialist with strong experience in client services, preferably with LISP processes and products, to join their team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Platform Specialist to drive exceptional client satisfaction, build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and drive client and adviser events in the region.
- Manage inquiries on products, systems, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Take responsibility for administrative correctness and adherence to service level agreements.
- Actively engage with clients and advisers, providing support via email, in-person meetings, or telephonically.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Services, External Platforms and Adviser Offices.
- Resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Develop and implement crisis management procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in client services in a similar role.
- Knowledge of LISP processes and products.
- Proficiency in technology and software used in the investment management industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
