We are seeking a strategic Plant Manager for a permanent position at our manufacturing facility in Germiston. You will lead daily operations and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Strategy
- Safety & Compliance
- Quality & Finance
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop production, engineering, and supervisory teams.
- Project Management: Identify, Analyse, Plan and Execute all Site related projects.
Selection Criteria:
Education (NQF 6 or 7)
Bachelor’s Degree, B. Tech, or National Diploma in:
Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
or
Production or Operations Management
Experience & Leadership
10+ years in a Senior Leadership Position within a manufacturing environment (adhesive, coating, or packaging industry experience is highly advantageous).
Systems, Quality & Safety
ERP: Proven experience using SAP or a similar system.
Quality: Practical working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
HSE: Completed Health & Safety Training or qualification.
Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
