What you'll need?To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. You should have 5-10 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering within a steel manufacturing or heavy industrial setting. A strong understanding of wire rope production processes or similar metal-forming industries would be a major advantage. Your technical expertise should include mechanical systems, automation, SCADA, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS. Additionally, exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key to your success.
