Plant Electrician

About the position

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Plant Electrician to be based at their mine in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on all process-related electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Plan and schedule preventative and planned maintenance to minimise downtime and enhance plant availability.
• Ensure full compliance with company Health and Safety standards and procedures.
• Manage inventory of critical and consumable electrical spares to support uninterrupted operations.
• Record breakdown data and maintain accurate equipment history for effective fault analysis and maintenance planning

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or N3 Certificate
• Electrician Trade Certificate
• 5 years appointed Electrician experience in a Processing Plant mining environment
• Must have experience on the maintenance of Slurry Pumps
