About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Planning Superintendent to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term business and life-of-mine plans to support budgeting and strategic project planning
- Conduct equipment planning and monitor execution against medium- and long-term operational goal
- Support monthly forecasting processes and drive business improvement initiative
- Facilitate risk assessments and assist in securing approvals for mine design proposals
- Monitor and report on resource optimization forecasts to ensure alignment with long-term planning objectives
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering
- Blasting Certificate
- 2 years in a production environment and 2 years’ experience as a Mine Planner or Planning Officer
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling and planning software
- Valid driver’s license
Benefits:
- Salary: R1,2m – R1,5m CTC
