JOB TITLE: Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. DEPARTMENT: Corporate Services. Job Type: Fixed Term Contract. Contract period: 3 years contract. Annual basic salary: R236 164.00 per annum. Location: Western Cape, Zonnebloem. Closing date: Monday, 10 June 2024 at 5PM. To assist in coordinating SAHRA's strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation activities and to provide administrative support in terms of these activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
At least an Undergraduate degree in Business Management or the Social Sciences.
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation role.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations.
Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
