About the position
Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company requires a dynamic and results-driven OTC Sales Representatives to join their team. We have multiple opportunities available across Johannesburg.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience as an OTC Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
Proven track record calling on retail pharmacies and independent pharmacies.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's OTC product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and key customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Increase product awareness and market share within the territory.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Conduct product presentations and training where required.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure accurate reporting and effective territory management.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry awareness.
Implement sales and promotional strategies in line with company objectives.
