About the position

Our client, a reputable private healthcare provider in the Ballito Area, is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join their dynamic hospital pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical setting and is committed to delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
• Current registration as a Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a practicing pharmacist
• In-depth pharmaceutical knowledge and proven clinical proficiency
• Strong knowledge of infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgement, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to function independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ethical behaviour
• Computer literate (HIS, Unisolve, Surgicom, MS Office)
• Commitment to workplace diversity and service excellence
