Pharmaceutical Rep - Doctor Detail

About the position

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative responsible for:

• Educating scripting doctors on specific products.
• Displace the competitors using clinical evidence on products.
• Implement the marketing strategy on the brand.
• Make appointments, and call timeously on the DR
• Increase our products market shares.
• Work closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availability

EDUCATION

• Matric
• Bachelor's degree within the medical field E.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy or other

EXPERIENCE.

• Rookie or Experience
• Proven work experience as a sales representative would be an advantage

Travel

• The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.

KPI Quality Standards

• Achieve 9 calls per day.

• Daily appointment ratio of 75% a day

• Customer Split GP and specialists daily
• Achieve minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis
• Accurate, comprehensive and timeous submission of administrative documents.
• Market share target achieved for each product.
