Personal Assistant to the MD

About the Role:
I'm looking for a capable Personal Assistant - someone who is proactive, organised, and experienced in a similar support role. You'll work closely with me to improve my daily output by helping manage admin, streamline tasks, and handle light marketing execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys bringing order and efficiency to a busy schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily calendar, appointments, reminders, and task lists
• Handle administrative duties (emails, document management, data entry)
• Coordinate projects and track deadlines across multiple workstreams
• Liaise with service providers, clients, or partners when needed
• Execute basic marketing tasks - e.g., posting pre-approved content on social media platforms and scheduling email campaigns
• Support personal tasks and errands as required

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years' experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or admin support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, self-managed, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms etc)
• Discreet, reliable, and good at managing confidential information
• Bonus: Experience in marketing, content creation, or online business environments

Compensation:
A fair, market-related salary of R15,000 - R20,000, negotiable, but based on your experience and the value you bring to the role.
