A trusted support role to a team of dynamic executives in a global environment. Is this you? You're also young at heart and dynamic and have a great sense of humour! Confident using direct communication, you are also familiar with dealing with various personalities and cultures. PowerPoint is your secret weapon, and you're happiest when your work is polished, precise and visually sharp. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be supporting a team of independent five executives - coordinating meetings, preparing visually engaging presentations, handling minute-taking, booking travel, and managing expense claims. You'll bring order to occasional chaos with basic Excel work, calendar management, and occasional event support (including the year-end function). You'll enjoy working independently and will be trusted to take ownership of your work. Where you'll be doing it The role will at first be full office based in town CBD. After probation, there is 2 days in office. The company is part of a large international group and their culture is young, diverse and they embrace individualism. While you're part of a large international and can enjoy the benefits of that, you'll be part of a smaller part of that where you'll able to connect with all employees. Their working hours are flexible but you'll need to be available within the core hours of 9am to 5pm. What you'll need You'll need proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior level, our preference will be for someone with experience with a corporate global company that is fast-moving. However it must be noted that this is not a hierarchy type environment, they are down to earth and the Executives are independent in nature. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will need a matric certificate with at least 2 years assisting an Executive/team. You're proactive, emotionally intelligent and comfortable engaging with a range of personalities in a supportive but professional manner.
