About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior executive. The role includes managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and acting as the first point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Handle communications and act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
- Support in operational and strategic tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 3-5 years' experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
