About the position

• This position is for one to supports an executive's daily and long-term needs by performing administrative and secretarial tasks
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a position of a PA
• Fluent in Afrikaans (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Experience in corporate environment
• Code 8 License, with 4 years experience in driving

Duties

• Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and taking messages
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Running of errands
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing meeting minutes e-mails and scheduling meetings
• Preparing traveling arrangements; Flights, accommodation and ground transport
