About the position
A dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the construction sector is seeking a capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support both the Managing Director and a Non-Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring these senior leaders operate efficiently, with seamless administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level assistance to both directors
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain structure and organisation in day-to-day operations
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on director action items
- Support with ad hoc personal or business-related tasks
IRequirements
- Relevant qualification in administration, business support, or office management
- 2-4 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools and office software
- Extroverted, approachable, and able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters
