About the position
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support on a half-day basis working hours is 08h30 - 13h00
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
- Handle emails, correspondence, and basic communication on behalf of the business
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes where required
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and personal tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a PA, administrative, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
