We’re looking for a Financial Adviser Assistant to join our dynamic client in the Wealth Management team in Pretoria. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of administrative support, client interaction, and operational efficiency—ideal for someone who thrives in a professional and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Client Relationship Management
- Be the go-to liaison between adviser and clients.
- Schedule meetings, prep documentation, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and support annual reviews and key deadlines.
- Admin & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and submit financial applications.
- Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Oversee KYC, FICA, and onboarding processes with precision.
- Document Prep & Data Entry
- Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Xplan), draft reports, and prep compliance documentation.
- Compile investment performance summaries, proposals, and reports.
- Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all records meet FSCA/FSB standards.
- Assist with audits and keep updated with financial regulatory changes
What We’re Looking For:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 2+ years’ experience in a financial services admin role.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- CRM and data entry proficiency.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with investment platforms (Allan Gray, Ninety One, etc.).
- Knowledge of FSCA/FSB regulations and financial industry compliance.
- Background supporting financial advisers.
