Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who not only excels in administrative tasks but also has a solid background in sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting our executives with daily administrative tasks while also assisting in sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and presentations.
• Conduct market research and compile data to support sales strategies.
• Liaise with clients and customers on behalf of the executive team.
• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Strong background in sales, with a track record of supporting sales teams and initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in Software Development or Technology Sector.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
