Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy Personal & Operations Assistant to work closely with a family-owned real estate business. Based in a home office environment, you will become an integral part of a small, close-knit team and gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys problem-solving, embraces technology, and takes ownership of tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to building a modern, technology-driven real estate operation while playing a significant role in its digital growth.
A key focus of this role is growing and strengthening the company's social media presence. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, confident managing social media platforms, and eager to create engaging content that enhances the business's online visibility and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Administration – managing documentation, records, and general administrative processes
- Transaction Coordination – assisting with property transactions and ensuring smooth workflow between stakeholders
- Social Media & Digital Marketing – supporting online presence, content coordination, and digital initiatives
- Executive Assistant Support – providing day-to-day support to team and assisting with business priorities
- AI & Automation Implementation – exploring and implementing tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Personal Assistance – assisting with occasional personal errands and administrative tasks for the business owner
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and increasing audience engagement.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, branding, and creating engaging online content.
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence using digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and digital tools
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- A willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude would be advantageous
- Previous experience in real estate is advantageous
