Drive People Business service delivery to ensure timely resolution of employee queries and challenges.
Identify and address People Business-related challenges, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Contribute to developing People strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze People metrics to provide insights for strategic decisions and present data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with departmental heads to design fit-for-purpose organizational structures and facilitate performance management initiatives.
Manage recruitment processes, ensuring target timelines are met and guiding hiring managers on equity targets.
Handle employee relations, managing disputes, grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in People, Business, Psychology, or related field.
10+ years of strategic People business partnering experience in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of HR trends and labor legislation (e.g., Basic Conditions of Employment Act).
Proficiency in People analytics and data interpretation.
