About the position
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a People and Culture Business Partner
Responsible to provide value-added business partnering support to line management/ designated business unit across a wide range of generalist people and culture functions in support of business unit objectives,
business strategies and aligned with the strategic/operational people and culture plan.
Qualifications:
- NQF 7: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
Experience:
- 5 years' work experience in an HR generalist/ business partner role
Knowledge:
- HR Legislation eg LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, BBBEE
- Recruitment methodologies
- HR Information Systems
- Ability to manage projects
