Penetration Tester

About the position

Seeking a Penetration Tester to identify vulnerabilities and security risks across systems, applications, and networks within a dynamic cybersecurity environment. The role involves conducting penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, reporting on findings, and supporting clients with security best practices and remediation recommendations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Penetration Tester or similar cybersecurity role
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GIAC Penetration Tester, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and network security
• Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and similar platforms
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across applications, systems, and networks
• Strong understanding of security legislation and standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and related frameworks
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
