Diploma/ Degree in Finance, Accounting or Payroll Minimum of 6 years in Payroll, 3 years in managerial position. Have 2 years experience in HR. To provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective monthly payroll Ensure backups are done timeously To process monthly payroll amendments including new engagements, terminations, and staff movement changes Ensuring all wages and salary queries are handled timeously whilst ensuring employee satisfaction Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, savings, deductions etc Maintaining all payroll operations according tocompany policies and procedures Administrates IRP5s Performs filing of documentation Advanced in excel and payroll accounting Ufilling Efilling
