About the position
Payroll implementation consultant - Remote The purpose of this role is to provide onsite (field) and remote support, consultation, and payroll system implementations for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous improvement. This is a remote position; travel to client sites will be reimbursed. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience: Matric plus at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications: Degree, Diploma, or relevant tertiary qualification in IT and/or a Payroll Diploma. Certifications: Payroll industry certifications are advantageous. Expertise: Strong background in Payroll Services, Consulting, and Payroll Implementation. In-depth understanding of customer service models and business environments. Advanced Excel skills with a minimum of 3 years' payroll experience. Thorough knowledge of Payroll Software and implementation. Solid understanding of payroll principles, leave management, accounting principles, BCEA, and tax regulations.
Commission is offered on billable hours.
