The Role: Payroll / HR Administrator
This role supports both HR and payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing alongside efficient HR administration. Youll play a key role in maintaining employee records, handling queries, and supporting recruitment and statutory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 2-3 years payroll/HR administration experience required
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage attendance tracking
• Process weekly and monthly payrolls
• Prepare and submit statutory reports (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
• Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding
• Respond to payroll and HR-related queries
• Support compliance with internal policies and labour legislation

About You

• 2-3 years experience in a payroll or HR admin role
• Proficient in Sage, VIP, or Pastel payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
