About the position
Payroll Clerk (open to race and gender)
Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort
Package: R15000 plus medical Aid, provident fund, 13th cheque
Duties:
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll for multiple companies
- Payroll Administration and data entry (Sage 300 People)
- Submitting monthly provident fund documents
- Maintain confidential payroll records and employee files
- Maintain and oversee permits and passports for foreign nationals within the organisation
- Assist processing of new employees, changes, transfers and terminations
- Drafting monthly reports
- General administration duties
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Matric and relevant payroll qualification
- Sage 300 People experience will be beneficial
- Good MS Excel and MS Word skills non negotiable
- Experience of Provident fund documentation and UI19 documentation
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Deadline driven
- Valid Drivers Licence
