About the position

The client is looking for a young lady that is willing to grow with the company

  • Assist with weekly and monthly payroll for multiple companies
  • Payroll admin and data entry on SAGE 300 people
  • Submit monthly provident fund documents
  • Maintain confidential payroll records and employee files
  • Maintain and oversee permits and passports for foreign nationalities within the organization
  • Assist in processing of new empolyee, changes, transfers and terminations
  • Drafting of monthly reports
  • General administration

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Payroll qualification would be an advantage
  • Must reside on the West Rand
  • Drivers License
  • Afrikaans, and English
  • SAGE 300 would be an advantage

Desired Skills:

Desired Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
