About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to start as soon as possible based at one of our clients in Durban.

• Accurate and timeous payroll processing of payroll input.
  
• Accurate checking and processing of new employee packs.
  
• Accurate processing of terminations.
  
• Administering employee benefits.
  
• Monitoring and understanding leave transactions.
  
• Timeous and accurate reconciliations on 3rd parties allocated.
  
• Administration of employee benefits.
  
• General office administration.
  
• General assistance to the business as required with payroll issues.
  
• Professional telephone manner.
  
• Maintain a safe workspace
  

Requirements·         Matric certificate


·         Minimum 3 years of payroll experience on SAGE 300 People


·         Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel
