About the position
Well established East Rand based company seeks a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team
Minimum Requirement
Matric
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Duties:
Payroll Processing:
Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly Payroll: Inputting data
for earnings, deductions, bonuses and commissions.
Statutory Compliance:
Calculate and deduct PAYE, UIF and SDL
Monthly EMP201 submssions
Monthly UIF Declaration submissions
Mid Year and Year End EMP501 Reconciliations and submissions
Annual COIDA Submissions
Leave and Time Management
Track and process leave taken
Third Party Reconciliations
Medical Contributions
Provident Fund Contributions
Bargaining Council Contributions
Queries etc:
Attend to client/employee queries
Attend to SARS queries and payroll Validations
Lodging Objections to SARS
Attend to SARS payroll Verifications
Administration
Downloading and Digitizing Reports etc.
Update EMP201, UIF, COIDA and EMP501 screens
