The Role: Payroll Administrator
This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. You will manage salaries, wages, deductions, and reporting while addressing payroll-related queries and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process salaries and wages accurately and on schedule
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (UIF, PAYE, etc.)
- Maintain payroll records and employee data
- Handle and resolve payroll queries efficiently
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks
About You
- 3-4 years of payroll experience in a similar environment
- Experience with payroll systems and statutory reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- Payroll qualification advantageous
