Payroll Administrator at Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd

About the position

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator who is proficient in Sage VIP Premier to join our client based in Midrand. The ideal candidate must be deadline-driven, able to work well under pressure, and have solid experience with payroll processes and Excel functionalities.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using VIP Premier
  
• Perform batch imports and uploads for new employees
  
• Generate and manage bank ACB files
  
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date
  
• Utilize Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manage and analyze payroll data
  
• Work efficiently to meet tight payroll deadlines
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Sage VIP Premier
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and VLOOKUP)
  
• Ability to run and manage batch imports and uploads
  
• Experience with generating ACB bank files
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
