About the position

DUR002059 - Payroll Administrator - 4-month Maternity Cover – Cato Ridge KZN

Purpose of the Job:
To work with the team on creating delivery schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and goods as required by the project activities, maintenance of contracts and capital equipment registers, and stock control records.
 
Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 – 5  years experience in a similar role
  • Relevant Qualifications

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Processing on Payroll from start to Finish
  • Creating & Importing batches
  • Processing adhoc earnings and deductions
  • Importing Leave
  • Sage300People
  • Intermediate Exell skills incl. V-Lookups
  • Jarrison T & A Advantageous

 
Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
