Payment System Support Analyst

About the position

We are recruiting a Payment System Support Analyst to join the Pretoria Head Office of an fintech company.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years' experience related to bank collections / processes:

• Different collection types including Debicheck
• Account Verification
• Incident Management with external parties (Banks)
• Sound knowledge of bank / insurance industry

Overview of duties

• Take accountability for client Bank files.
• Ensure that files are processed, and feedback is supplied to clients per update file.
• Confirm file layouts from clients and submissions to the Bank.
• Identify problems, communicate problems and follow up with the Bank or technical team
• Ensure that feedback files are created per client request.
• Maintain effective system information and ensure updates occur timeously.
• Address client queries.
• Ensure client process documentation is up-to date.
• Check client and Bank Limits.
• Monitor Account Verification Service-Real-time system and report any issues to BANK /Client
• Ensure that alerts are resolved.
