We are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie with strong pastry expertise to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a chef who is passionate about creating exceptional desserts, breads, and pastry elements that elevate a seasonal, wine-led menu.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the pastry section, ensuring excellence in breads, desserts, and plated sweets.
• Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and precision to seasonal pastry offerings.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and artistry in every pastry component.
• Mentor and guide junior chefs in pastry skills and techniques.
• Work seamlessly with the wider kitchen team to deliver a refined dining experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fine dining or refined restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in pastry and bread-making, with creativity in plated desserts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for heritage-inspired, modern cuisine.
