Are you a skilled relationship builder with a talent for developing mutually beneficial partnerships? A leading business process outsourcing company in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join their dynamic team.

ABOUT US
We are a premier BPO company providing end-to-end secure and dependable administration solutions including:

• Contract and subscription management
• Insurance policy administration
• Customer servicing and communication
• Disbursement and payment facilitation
• Claims facilitation and assessment
• Comprehensive management and reporting

THE ROLE
As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with all partners and stakeholders, ensuring collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with company strategy. You will:

• Review and analyze partnership performance to adapt strategies and add value
• Drive growth through strategic partnerships that enhance our service offering
• Facilitate communication between partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Coordinate regular interactions at appropriate levels within partner organizations
• Serve as custodian of our marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and brand values

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (postgraduate degree or professional qualification beneficial)
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar service-related company
• Demonstrated supervisory and management experience
• Proven stakeholder management expertise
• Proficiency in preparation and analysis of reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
