About the position
Strategic Partnership Manager
We are looking for a commercially minded Partnership Manager to lead strategic relationship efforts across our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on sourcing, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the SaaS or broader tech space, with a deep understanding of how strategic alliances contribute to go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear partnership strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify, build, and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including technology providers, consultants, resellers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to drive alignment and optimize partner impact.
- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding through to enablement and ongoing performance management.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
- Lead joint go-to-market efforts, including co-selling, co-marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and key KPIs.
- Stay informed on market trends in SaaS and cybersecurity/compliance to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs or strategic alliances.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience crafting partnership agreements.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
- Highly collaborative and able to influence across departments and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to go-to-market strategies and partner-led sales models in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with partner enablement, joint marketing campaigns, or channel management.
