About the position
Our client in Sandton is urgently seeking a permanent (hybrid) Partner Growth Manager at Senior Manager level, reporting to the Chief Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships that drive growth. This high-impact role is suited for someone who excels in dynamic environments, enjoys challenges, and can collaborate across the executive team to transform vision into results. What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related
- 8+ years in partner ecosystem development, business development, and/ key account business development (financial services experience is highly advantageous).
- Proven experience in developing and executing partner growth
- Track record of launching and managing pilot
- Experience providing change management, training, and enablement support to stakeholders.
