Credibility on a live construction site comes from sound judgement, consistency and the confidence to ask the right questions. You build productive relationships without losing your independence, keep several workstreams organised and communicate sensitive compliance matters clearly to project teams and senior stakeholders.
Building a clear view of the control environment, you will establish regular contact with the general contractor and monitor anti-bribery andanti-corruption controls throughout the project. Your work will include tracking at testations and training, coordinating audits and executive meetings,recording government and state-owned entity engagements, maintaining evidence and reporting progress or concerns to the delivery programme manager and project team.
On a data centre construction build in Centurion, the organisation needs a trusted compliance presence close to the work. This part-time assignment requires around 20 hours per week, including one to two days on site, with regular interaction across the contractor, project, audit and leadership groups.
An established independent contractor who already manages multiple projects will fit the working model. You will need practical compliance project management capability, strong stakeholder coordination and disciplined tracking and reporting skills. You must be comfortable supporting anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls, handling audit activity and working on site inKosmosdal one to two days each week.
