You've worked in a support role supporting Financial Advisors but you're keen to make a change and take on more technical responsibilities and grow in the world of financial planning.
You will be responsible for processing new business and general administration tasks. It includes ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing client instructions for investments and insurance, communicating with clients, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, addressing client complaints, updating records, and completing fee forms promptly. You'll also do the report writing, proposals and eventually reviews.
You'll be joining a small, innovative, independent firm that provides customized financial planning services to retirement funds and their members. They have experienced phenomenal growth over the past few years. You'll be fully office based based in gorgeous offices in Menlyn, Pretoria.
A completed finance degree with your Postgrad in Financial Planning near completion or you're a CFP. Experience is key, you need to have gained at least 2 years of experience assisting a Wealth Manager or Financial Planner doing the technical admin and you need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
