You'll work closely with Financial Planners to support client servicing, financial needs analyses, and proposal preparation. Your days will involve analysing client information, preparing risk profiles, liaising with service providers, compiling investment comparisons, drafting reports, and refining financial strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to embed yourself in the full lifecycle of a financial advisory practice while building real-world experience.
You'll join a small, dynamic team at an established independent financial advisory practice based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. The firm is part of a forward-thinking financial group known for its personalised service, collaborative culture, and strong reputation in delivering holistic financial planning solutions. You'll hold a BCom or similar qualification, ideally with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning progress toward your CFP® certification. 2 years' experience in financial planning is essential and proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel), as is confidence working with numbers and financial tools. A valid driver's licence and your own car are required. Experience conducting Financial Needs Analyses and familiarity with advisory processes will set you apart.
