About the position
Are you a skilled Panel Beater looking to take your career abroad? We're hiring experienced Panel Beaters to join an established bodyshop team in Ireland — relocation support available for the right candidates.
About the Role
You'll repair damaged vehicle bodywork to manufacturer standards — assessing damage, removing and refitting parts, straightening panels, welding, filling, sanding, and prepping vehicles for paint. Reporting to the Garage Manager, you'll work both independently and as part of a skilled team in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.
What You'll Do
- Assess damage and determine the best repair approach
- Remove, repair, and refit panels and components
- Carry out structural repairs using jigs and pulling systems
- Weld panels and structural parts to manufacturer spec
- Grind, sand, and finish repairs ready for paint
- Ensure consistent panel gaps and correct alignment
- Work to insurance and industry quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven panel beating experience
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Good communicator, able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working to deadlines
