About the position
Our client within the FMCG space is seeking a skilled packing manager to join their team. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in food science or engineering. With proven experience within a packaging operations role, as well as management experince.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the operations run efficiently and effectively, while taking safety and quality standards into consideration. One should have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and Lean Manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to lead a team.
- Process optimization and raw material management.
- The ability to manage full function of packaging operations
- Agility to collaborate and communicate effectively.
