Our Client is a 5* Safari company founded by one of Southern Africa's leading conservationists.
As the Group CEO of this organisation he needs a PA to make his life easier

You're on the ball, you love doing a variety of tasks, assisting an Executive, to make his life easier which in turn will have a positive effect on the business. You thrive on being busy where no day is the same.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

This is a role to support the Director who is very much hands on in the business and operates a busy desk. He is unable to get to everything and is working long hours so he needs a right-hand person to alleviate the pressure and assist him in his daily tasks. Someone that will be able to do things like arrange his diary, extensive and complex travel arrangements, liaise with his clients, collate information, do reports and so on.

Basically, you will have varied tasks that will ensure the Director's day runs smoother.

Where you'll be doing it

You'll be joining a friendly, well-established 5* safari lodge business with an entrepreneurial approach. You will report to the Director while working closely with employees who come from diverse backgrounds in a down to earth environment. You'll be office based full time in Green Point, parking is provided.

What you'll need

We're looking for a mature and experienced PA with a minimum of a matric qualification. You'll need to be happy to be hands on, assisting with a variety of tasks, you will need to be happy to step in where needed as everyone is driven to assist the company to succeed.

You'll need to be extremely organised and keep great records/documentation, you'll have excellent attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and be confident and assertive. You'll have great MS Office skills.
