About the position
A leading organisation within the asset management and services sector is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Manager to take ownership of its health, safety, and compliance framework. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a proactive professional who can drive a strong safety culture across multiple operational sites.

? Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
? Professional registration (e.g., SACPCMP or equivalent) advantageous
? Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar OSH role, preferably in fleet, logistics, construction, or plant environments
? Strong knowledge of South African health and safety legislation
? Proven experience managing multi-site safety operations
? Excellent investigation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
? Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement ability
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
